As the leaves change colors and we cozy up with our pumpkin spiced something or other…*oh wait, it was a balmy 88 degrees/31 celsius all weekend here in Virginia*. I wanted to share my scarf style with you guys as we wait for the cooler weather to come in. Granted, I’m all about warm weather and wearing flip flops and sundresses all the time but being from Canada, you expect the colder months to roll in so you can cozy up with your favorite sweaters and scarves. So while we wait for that cold front, here are some of my scarves I’m looking forward to wearing for fall 2013.
The plaid scarf. I think we should all have a little plaid in our closet. I don’t really have a whole lot in my wardrobe, so adding this plaid scarf into my fall look helps bring variety to my wardrobe.
Scarves with fun patterns. You’re gonna hear “I got this in South Korea” from time to time since my time there was filled with a ton of shopping lol. This scarf is pretty light in texture and big enough that you have a few options on how to wear it. Some pop of color and pattern helps break up the monotony of darker colors in fall.
A cheeky leopard print infinity scarf for those black, white and grey days during fall. Good find at Nordstrom.
Mmmm knit infinity scarf. We all love it when these scarves hug us on those cold days. Super easy to wear just loop once and you’re good to go!
Cable knit! I got this baby at H&M years ago and it’s my favorite scarf to wear during the winter months. Where’s my pumpkin spiced everything to enjoy while wearing this scarf?
Scarves don’t always have to be wrapped around you a hundred times to look like a neckbrace lol. Just a simple ombre colored scarf from Korea I like to throw on top of a blazer and some jeans. As always, Bradford HAD to get in on the pictures *Mommy and me photo session*
Now that I’ve shared my scarf style, what does yours look like? Got any fall pieces you’re looking forward to wearing?
Happy Monday and have a fantastic week!
