Styled window displays

Earlier this month one of my styling dreams came true. I styled the window displays for one of the chicest boutiques in Washington, D.C.

Working with d/eleven

d/eleven Boutique was co-hosting an event with jeweler Sophie Blake to raise awareness for an amazing organization called Sasha Bruce. Sasha Bruce works tirelessly to help young people find safe homes, achieve and maintain good physical and mental health, create and strengthen supportive and stable families, and explore opportunities in education and careers. I wanted to contribute to this important event and made it my goal to bring as many people into the boutique as possible, through my styling.

The lovely ladies at Moki Media who ran the PR for the event, connected me to the beautiful team of women at d/eleven Boutique. The d/eleven boss babes, Chrystine and Maggie were a dream to work with as they showed me the latest winter collections and basically let me play with clothes for hours. It was MY DREAM come true and my husband’s potential “clutch his wallet” moment. Maggie graciously set me up with a rack and off I went to pull together looks that were show stoppers for those who were passing by and the esteemed guests.

I fell in love with this entire look and decided it would be my lead look and what I would wear to the event. Needless to say, the skirt lives with me now ;)

Esteemed guests

I was so touched by everyone who came out to support me and check out my styled window displays. I am truly blessed with the incredible group of women in my life.

A big THANK YOU to the ladies of d/eleven and Moki Media for giving me the opportunity to style the window displays and for allowing me the creative freedom to bring my styling to life. Thank you to everyone for their love and support of my latest styling endeavor and a very special thank you to photographer Keekee Winslow for taking all my pictures. She’s an amazing, bad ass, woman out there conquering the world, one mountain at a time!
